We cater to large, small, private and public community agencies by providing training, education, program development, implementation, evaluation and research to assist them in creating social change for large groups of people. ​

We realize that inividuals and families may need one-on-one assistance to make positive changes in their life. Our organization provides services to assist individuals and families in reaching these goals. 
Nashira Funn, LCSW, Ph.D
Dr. Funn is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and supervisor with San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health. She has extensive experience in forensic social work, clinical supervision, crisis services and individual and group therapy for a variety of issues.   

A native of southern California, Dr. Funn began her education at the University of California Riverside (UCR) obtaining a B.A. degree in Philosophy: Law and Society. She then completed a Masters in Social Work (MSW) at Loma Linda University. She completed her Ph.D. at Walden University in Public Policy and Administration with a specialization in Criminal Justice.      
Founder

Mrs. Rhoe, is  pursuing a Ph.D in Public Policy and Administration, Specialization in Nonprofit Management and Leadership / Education and Family Intervention Strategies. She has a Masters of Social Work from Loma Linda University and a Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology/ Social Work from California State University San Bernardino.

She is retired from the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) thus she has a wealth of expertise on various forensic and mental health aspects, with both youth and adult offenders specifically sex offenders.Mrs. Rhoe also has experience as a Chrsitian counselor and working with local non profit organizations. She is the founder of Choices Wellbeing Center for Women and Children (CWC).  http://choiceswellbeingcenter.org

Tatiana Clark, MA,MS
Ms. Clark completed her B.A. degree from Sacramento State University in Sociology and completed her Masters degree in Sports Management at Cal State Long Beach. She has extensive experience working with youth in school and community agency environments as well as public relations for professional sports teams.

Sandy Suarez LCSW
Ms. Suarez has an considerable knowledge and experience teaching graduate courses at several of the local universities. Additionally, she has worked with forensic and severly mentally ill populations for over a decade. 

Ms. Suarez is fluent in Spanish. She completed her undergratduate education at La Sierra University and completed her Masters of Social Work at Loma Linda University. 
Facilitator/Diversity Integration

Jaclyn Jones, LCSW, Ph.D
Dr. Jones completed her Bachelors Degree at Cal Poly Pomona in Psychology and went on to complete her Master of Social Work at Cal State San Bernardino. She completed her Ph.D at University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).

Dr. Jones expertise is in hospice care, end of life services, community integration, as well as forensic services.
